Do you struggle with getting good sleep and rest? Do you commonly wake up in the morning feeling groggy and unrefreshed?
You’re not alone. 60-70 million American workers suffer from some form of sleep issue. The number one mistake that people make in regards to their sleep is to only ever think about it at night.
A Mindful Approach to Sleep broadens the perspective on sleep and brings awareness to how the most critical skill of meditation is the exact same response we are trying to initiate in sleep…letting go.
The course includes fundamental teachings on mindfulness, meditation, and the science of well-being, and we will learn that healthy sleep can be a by-product of a well cared-for life.
As part of the class, participants receive a comprehensive e-course book providing explanations and tips for students. Also, each student receives a set of Downloadable Guided Meditations (MP3) that are utilized throughout the four-week program and that also provide a seamless transition from the end of the course to the beginning of your independent practice.
